2. Prices and tables

The prices listed on this site are in € - all taxes included - excluding delivery costs. Ordered paintings are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed. When ordering outside mainland France: you are the importer of the painting in question. For paintings shipped outside the European Union, taxes may be applicable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of Anne Pivot-iafrate, painter. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. The paintings remain the sole property of Anne Pivot-iafrate until full payment of the indicated price.

3. Order and validation of the transaction

When you confirm your order by clicking on the "validate information" button, you declare that you have read and accepted all of these general terms and conditions of sale. As soon as your order is registered, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email after validation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment by the bank.

4. Payment

Payment for your purchases is made in euros. Several payment methods are available:

5. Delivery

The transfer of risks concerning the works of art purchased takes place upon their delivery by Anne Pivot-Iafrate to the carrier.

Reservations upon receipt of the works. In the event of a defect or damage, it is your responsibility to issue precise and detailed reservations to the carrier, indicating "subject to reservation" on the delivery slip, in order to benefit from the insurance contracted. It is necessary to send the list of damages by email to Anne Pivot-iafrate no later than 72 hours after delivery, along with a copy of the receipt indicating the reservations.

6. Right of withdrawal: reimbursement excluding return delivery costs - online only.

If your artwork does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return the product in its original packaging. The price of the painting(s) will be refunded (excluding shipping costs and taxes).

In the event of a return of a work purchased with "Free delivery" or "free shipping" specified on the product sheet on the Anne Pivot-iafrate website, return delivery is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns should be made to Anne Pivot-iafrate, 156 quai des remparts, 01120 Dagneux, France. We promise to refund you within 15 days of receipt.

If the order was a gift, the sender will receive the refund. The type of refund you receive will depend on the gift payment method.

7. Consumer Warranty

In the event that the delivered works present one or more hidden defects, you must return them to us in their original packaging and within 14 days from the delivery date. Anne Pivot-iafrate undertakes to reimburse you. Returns are free by Colissimo in Metropolitan France.

8. Rights to the work and intellectual property

The artist retains the copyright. The rights to represent and reproduce the works on the Anne Pivot-iafrate.com website belong to the artist. Any use of these rights requires the artist's permission. All elements appearing on the site are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights. No reproduction or adaptation may be made without the permission of Anne Pivot-iafrate.

9. Privacy Policy

To place an order, you are required to provide us with certain information that will be subject to computer processing. By confirming your order, you authorize us to process your file.
